Oh, how I love this book!! This book has got the most beautiful and inspirational pictures in it. It will show you step by step pictures of regular women getting transformed into the most beautiful women they can become, with makeup. Scott Barnes is a genius and as a makeup-artist myself I learned some new, cool tricks!
I totally recommend this to anyone! I would have gladly paid twice the amount to have this in my book shelf.

Most of the women “transformed” by the author’s makeup skills are models. The makeup used on them is very heavy and dramatic, I suppose to make a point about how glamorous you can look with full makeup: from base to false eyelashes.
Much more effective would have been “ordinary” women who never wear makeup and who do not work in the beauty industry.
What also bothers me is that the author has a quote on page 225 at the end of the book, which he attributes to Nelson Mandela- WRONG.
The quote is from Marianne Williamson, A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of “A Course in Miracles”
The publisher and author need to be notified of this somehow.
I just finished reading this book and i thought it was really good. I love the way Scott Barnes does makeup application. He taught me alot about how to apply makeup professionally. I was really impressed by him. He can make any woman in the world look like a supermodel! The transformations on the women he did in his book were amazing! I hope he comes out with another book!
